She was predeceased by: her husband Timothy Spencer; her parents, Augustus Palatrone and Marie Palatrone; and her siblings-in-law, Dan Spencer (Jill) and Laura Spencer.

She is survived by: her children, Marie-Elaine Fanelli (Dominic), Laura Spencer, Timothy Spencer (Nicole), Colleen DiSanto (Nick) and Dr. Brian Spencer; her grandchildren, Tara (Rob), Danny, Julia (Clay), Kathryn, Maria (Chad), Nathan, Anna and Olivia; her great grandchildren, Aarah, Colin and Milo; her sibling Carmeline Yambor (Steve); and her sister-in-law Sharon Hallberg (Chuck).
