She was predeceased by: her cousin George Lanthorne; her aunt Olga Boegel; and her niece Lori Monasakanian. She is survived by: her daughter Holly Hastings; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Larry, Juline, Madeleine and Lorine Monasakanian; and her cousins, Genie, Buck, Florence Boegel and Bethany Loy.

In lieu of flowers, Beti requested donations to her favorite employer: The Cleveland Sight Center, 1909 E. 101st St., Cleveland, OH 44106.
