He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marjorie Cook (Haskins); his children, Janice Swanson (Doug), Curtis Cook (Deborah) and Jennifer Forbush (Carl); his grandchildren, Kirsten, Bryce, Kaitlyn Cook, Ryan and Aaron Forbush; his sister Nancy Hughes; and his parents, Albert Cook and Helen Cook.
