We are sad to announce that on January 30, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Willard Bilyeu of Centerville, Ohio, born in Jacobsburg, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn Bilyeu; and his wife Nellie May Earliwine Bilyeu. He is survived by: his children, Judy Bilyeu, Sondra Foster (Chuck) and Gary Bilyeu (Angie); his grandchildren, Nick and Lacy Bilyeu; and his pet Shadow.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing and facial coverings will be required during visitation on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p. m. at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg, Ohio where services will be held on Saturday at 11 a. m., with Pastor Don Eberhart officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to Concord Presbyterian Church or the Smith Township Senior Center.
