He is survived by: his wife Daphne; his children, Ashley Warner (Chris Wilson), Blake Warner, Michael Warner and Bryce Warner; his granddaughter Sophia Warner; his siblings, Craig Warner (Cheryl), Diana Hardy (Kevin) and Doris Warner; his in-laws, Gabrielle Collins (Donald), Nicole Bernal, Heather Posey, Rachel Melendez and Dawn Bisgaard (Nevin); his nieces, Tiffany Hardy, Jessica Hayes Cortney (Joseph) and Bridget Warner; and his nephew Tyler Warner.
