With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Woods of Centerville, Ohio, who passed away on October 13, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Ballard and Sarah Ballard; her husband Paul Woods; and her brothers, Bill Ballard (Nancy) and Donald Ballard (Barbara).

She is survived by: her son Danny Woods (Cheryl) of Kettering; her grandson Bryan Woods (Brandee); her great grandchild Cayden Woods; and her sister Retha Boyd. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Miami Valley Chapter, The Laurelwood, 3797 Summit Glen Drive., Ste. 100 Dayton, OH 45449.
