With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Verna Rhoads of Centerville, Ohio, who passed away on March 17, 2021 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Hunter and Nellie Hunter (Murphy); her husband Richard A. Rhoads; her siblings, Everett, Thomas Hunter and Dorothy Foreman; and her grandson Michael.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert (Mary Ann), Ron Rhoads (Elaine), Stephen and Stan (Roxanne); her grandchildren, Kimberly Gainor (Pete), Terri Menges (Jamie), Taren Mock (Matt), Kristin Holdeman (Jim), Taylor Rhoads, Jacob, Adam, Evan, Caitlin, Amelia, Parker, Asher and Addison; her sister Carol Ann McKinney (Vance) of Miamisburg; her nephews, Phillip Ciano and Richard Sanor; and her niece Carolyn Sanor.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Hospice of Dayton (324 Wilmington Ave, Dayton, Ohio 45420).
