He was predeceased by: his parent Shelby; his wife Judy; and his brother Randy Howard. He is survived by: his sons, Joshua Howard (Melissa) of Fairborn and Jadon Howard (Amanda) of Miamisburg; his grandchildren, Grayson, Garrett, Danica Howard of Fairborn, Mezzy and Rocco of Miamisburg; his siblings, Glenda Newman, Charles "Doug" Howard and Vickie Adams; and his girlfriend Brenda Brewer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
