He was predeceased by: his wife Sally Bruns. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Leis (Doug) and Jeff Bruns (Terri); his grandchildren, Kyle, Drew, Jace and Tate; and his siblings, Fred Bruns (Cindy) and Noel Metzler (Tom).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Terry's name to St. Leonard's CHI Living Community, 8100 Clyo Rd., Centerville, OH 45458.
