She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Mazzotta. She is survived by: her husband Jerold Kindle; her children, Regina "Gina" Woodard, Carla Manuel (Jeffrey) and David Kindle (Lori); her grandchildren, Brandon Woodard (Amber), Katie Smith (Jordon), Molly Kindle and Kyle Peterson; and her siblings, Dr. Joe Mazzotta and Elaine Dues.
