It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stephanie L. Hetzel of Centerville, Ohio, who passed away on January 4, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Dr. Thomas Hetzel; her sister Lori Andersen; and her uncle Sherrill Raper. She is survived by: her mother Sharon Hetzel (Tom Blalock); her siblings, Mark Hetzel (Tonya) and Susan Hallmark (Greg); her nieces, Alixx Smith (Drew), Sara Hetzel, Meggi Matthews (Jake), Allison Berard (Pete), Mellissa Feldman (Ryan), Savannah Andersen and Erica Andersen; her nephew Tommy Hetzel; her brother-in-law Dr. Wayne Andersen; and her pets, Izabelle and Millie. She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
