He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Bair and Florence Bair; his wife Norma Jean Bair (Neiswanger); and his brother Robert Bair. He is survived by: his siblings, Virginia Weber (Walt) and Donald Bair (Mary Alice); his children, Paulette Bair, Timothy Bair (Cheryl), Robin Dale Bair and Bradley Bair; his grandchildren, Julie Bair (Chris Nobbe), Todd Bair (Annie) and Matthew Randall Bair (Duncan Randall Bair); and his great grandchildren, James Nobbe, Maxwell Stanley Nobbe, Ardyce Bair and Oscar Bair.
