He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Scott Waggoner. He is survived by: his parents, Susie Waggoner and Mike Waggoner; his sister Missy Bixler (Rodney) of Angola; his nephew Alec Bixler; his niece Savannah Bixler; and his cousins, Butch Zimmerman, Bart Zimmerman, Adam Waggoner and Nick Waggoner.
