With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Samuel Joseph Disalvo of Centerville, Ohio, who passed away on October 25, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lou; and his parents, Ann DiSalvo and Rocco DiSalvo. He is survived by: his children, Roxanne DiSalvo, Samuel J DiSalvo II (Carolyn) and Mark DiSalvo; his grandchildren, Cara DiSalvo, Rocco Walsh, Mark DiSalvo (Leslie), Samuel DiSalvo III (Rasa), Lori Whitson (Lee) and Matthew DiSalvo; his great grandchildren, McKenzie Lou, Layne, Kellen, Sloan, Willard, Louis, Thomas, Aria, Annie and Russ; and also Lori Capitola.

Memorial Contribution can be made in Samuel's memory to a charity of your choice.
