Lewis (Centerville, Ohio), born in Hazel Park, Michigan, who passed away on May 8, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Chinn and Louise Chinn (Berger); her husband Jim; and her siblings, Phillip, Donald and Sharon West.
She is survived by: her children, Catherine Harrity (Jeff), David (Karen) of Zanesville, OH, Robert (Kathleen) and James (Lisa) of Longview, TX; and her siblings, Patricia Newman and Dennis (Connie). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
