With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roberta J. South of Centerville, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 15, 2025 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Roberta J. South to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Jergens and Cecilia Jergens; her siblings, Rita Schmidt, Margaret Watson, Mary Ann Guntle, Doloris "Sis" Stuhr, Madonna Goncey, Eugene "Bud" Jergens and Jerome Jergens; and her grandson Clint Sanders.

She is survived by: her children, Theresa South, Phillip South (Rosemary), Martin South (Pam), James South, Monica Cornett and Flavia Bolton; and her grandchildren, Zach, Julia, Madeleine, Christopher, Miranda, Clyde, Dustin, Samantha, Kevin, D'Anna, Dallas and Dakota. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton.
