He is survived by: his daughters, Rachel Vines (Michael) and Alecia Vines; his siblings, Beth Zainey (David) and Wes Vines (Marianne); his sister-in-law Jan Vines; and his grandchildren, Cayden Vines, Easton Webster and Eva Webster. He is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews; and numerous great-nieces and nephews and other family members.
