He is survived by: his children, Steve, Terri Thomas (Keith), Jerry (Amy), Ann Speyer (Dave) and Maureen Wimsatt (Jay); his grandchildren, April Sakach (Kathy), David Yox (Crystal), Kyle Thomas and Jay Jr.; his great grandchildren, Evan Yox, Olivia Sakach and Brooklyn Yox; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Jo Sullivan, Dorothy Martin (Paul) and Marilyn Stack.
