It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Douglas Cole of Centerville, Ohio, born in Knightstown, Indiana, who passed away on July 1, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell A. Cole and Elnore J. Cole; and his daughter Linda M. Cole. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Bissell (Liz); his children, Steve D. Cole (Janice) of Centerville, Sue Cole Rochlin of Atlanta, Sharon Salter (Bruce) of Atlanta and James A. "Andy" Cole (Cheryl) of Centerville; his grandchildren, Christopher (Molly), Scott, Christen (Jarred), Matthew (Christine), Katie (Teddy), Monica (Mark), Sean and Shane; and his great grandchildren, Oscar, Collin, Sutton, Shep, Albie, Elsie and Annette.
