(Underwood) Evans of Centerville, Ohio, born in Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on July 3, 2021, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Underwood and Doris Underwood (Sparks); her brothers, Eugene Kevon and David Underwood; her parents-in-law, Charles and Chesta Evans; her brothers-in-law, Terry Tressler and David Benning; her uncle Buford Keeton; her aunt Lois Keeton; and her nephew Josh Tressler.

She is survived by: her husband Christopher Evans; her children, Dan Underwood, Sarah Evans and Tiffany Evans; her siblings, Rondilea Dalton (Mike), Tanya Tressler, Andrea Benning, Paul Underwood, Chris Underwood and Phil Underwood; her cousin Dorinda Neisel (Scot); and her siblings-in-law, Marla Vincent (Eric), Dawn Gray (Rob), Charles Evans (Sue) and Sean Evans. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
