She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Meade and Carrie Meade (Erwin); her husbands, Donovan G. Foulk and Robert L. Taylor (Bob); her grandsons, Sean Paul Cairns and Sean Donovan Foulk; her great grandchild Irelynn Lippincott; and her siblings, Virginia Meade, Malcolm Meade and Donald Meade.
She is survived by: her children, Rickford, Virginia Cairns (John K. Jr.), Mark Foulk (Lynn) and Scott Foulk (Nicole); her grandchildren, Carla Lippincott, Jacqueline Havens, Julie Nicolo, John Mark Foulk, Jessica Foulk, Michael Foulk, John Kennedy Cairns III, Chase Foulk, Carter Foulk and Hannah Foulk; and her siblings, Mary Turner and Steven Douglas Meade (Barbara). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
