He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Shiflett and Mary Shiflett; and his sister Connie Davis. He is survived by: his children, Jason Shiflett (Denise) and Jennifer Sheipline (Burt); his grandchildren, Peyton, Parker, Karigan, Kendall Hennessey, Chloe and Morgan Shiflett; his sister Bonnie Deck (Bruce); and his niece Trisha Deck. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
