She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dr. H. Grady and Rose Rogala Shoffner; her sons, Dan and Derick Shapiro (Paul Hergenroeder); her grandchildren, Isaac and Lia Shapiro; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Jane Shoffner and Barbara Waleson. She was also cherished by 7 nieces and nephews.
