He was predeceased by: his parents, William Topp and Mary Jane Topp. He is survived by: his sisters, Annette Kikta (Frank), Susan Barnes (Donald) and Monica Pfarr (David); and his nieces and nephews, Keith Kikta (Emily), Renee Keough (Ryan), Geoffrey Barnes (Grant), Jared Barnes (Kristin), Erin Barnes, Andrew Pfarr and Alyssa Pfarr. He is also survived by five great nieces & nephews.
