He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Monseur; his siblings, Anthony Monseur and Dolores Palotay; his children, Dolores Monseur, Michael Monseur, Judith Monseur, Janet Monseur-Durr (David Durr) and David Monseur (Michael Oddo); his grandchildren, Christina Stropes (Steve Stropes), David Janning (Amanda Janning), Renee Berlon, Allyson Richer (Dave Richer) and Anna Berlon; his great grandchildren, Sophia Stropes, Benjamin Stropes, Noah Richer, Myles Richer, Daniel Janning and Abigail Janning; his brother Edmund Monseur; his sister-in-law Jeannette Baron; his sister Mary Bowman; and his brother-in-law Charles Bowman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
