He is survived by: his wife Pamela Mehlhorn; his children, Adrianne Sullivan (Ryan) and Christopher Mehlhorn (Karly); and his grandchildren, Crosley Sullivan, Ellery Sullivan, Grayson Mehlhorn and Emerson Mehlhorn.
