He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Louis, Sylvia Hazen, Dean and Frances Rinehart; and his uncle William Rinehart.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Aleckson); his sons, Jackson and Ethan; his brother-in-law Greg (Betsy); and his parents, Bill Hazen and Judy Hazen. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Niece, Nephew and in-laws.
