She is survived by: her son Jeff Cook (Jenny Barnhill) of Centerville; her grandsons, Jason Cook (Amanda) and Jeremy Cook (Kate Smith); her great grandchild Frances "Frankie" Pearl Cook; her sister Bobby Brandt (Art); her sister-in-law Mary Lou Palazzo (Frank); and her close friends, Dick Rentz, Barb Rentz, Dave Freeze, Sue Freeze and Chris Long. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
