He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Hale and Ada Hale (Edmonds); his son Michael Lee Hale; and his close friend Joyce Hale. He is survived by: his wife Crystal Hutchison-Hale; his grandchildren, Stephanie Hale, Michael Hale (Nichole), Harley Hale, Quintin Hale, Bailey Brown, Brittany Mastroianni and Lauryn Cantrell; his great grandchildren, Adeline Hale and Bode Lee Hale; his children, Lindsey Maurer, Matthew Maurer, Luke Schroll, Deleana Pittman and Kevin Pittman; his nieces and nephews, Jerrilyn, Britanie, Jordan, Ezra, Ariella and Haley; his uncle Chris (Mistress Carol); and his siblings, Wayne Edmonds, Norma Sizemore, Allen Tyrone Cressel, Patricia Cressel, Perry Cressel, Penny Tinsley, Theresa Jessup, Daniel Rogers, Tammy Rogers, Leslie, Kyle and Cherokee. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
