With heavy hearts, we announce the death of LaVerne J. Wendling of Centerville, Ohio, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on May 21, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Weber and Garnet Weber (Seichrist); her husband Jerome "Russ" Wendling; her son Jerome "Jerry" Wendling; and her sister Althea Allgeyer.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Wendling (Boofie), Jay Wendling (Linda), Jim Wendling (Linda) and Joan Taschenberger (Lawrence); and her grandchildren, Casey (Dan), Erin (Tom), Shannon (Matt), Kyle (Cathy), Mickey (Sam), Megan (Scott), Lesley (Justin), Justin (Dawn), Abby (Andy), Ellen (TJ), Tucker, Nikki (Matt) and Robert "Bobby" (Melanie). She is also survived by 30 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
