She was predeceased by: her mother Mary O'Connor. She is survived by: her father Richard O'Connor; her siblings, Karyn, Doug and Dan O'Connor (Nicole); her significant other Michael Shields; her children, Katie Collins (Chase) and David Shields; and her grandchildren, Bennett, Emilia Collins and Freya Shields.
