She was predeceased by: her siblings, Betty Nies (Clyde), Gloria Miller (Elwood), Yvonne Hawthorne, Dorothy Sweeny (Robert), Paul Hawthorne (Joyce), Robert Hawthorne, William Hawthorne (Jeannie) and Thomas Hawthorne (Paula Jean); and her sister-in-law Barbara Hawthorne.
She is survived by: her husband John Caudill; her children, Rick Shumard (Stephanie) of Monroe and Kathy Campbell (Allen) of Washington State; and her sister Geraldine Ebert (Fred) of Texas. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
