It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Leonard Duell (Dayton, Ohio), who passed away on April 9, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Duell and Christine Duell (Kunkel). He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Tatar); his son David (Karen); his brother Norbert (Kathleen) of Casstown, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Heather (Brandon), Holly Shelton (Todd), Jennifer Samudio (Jeremy), John Duell (Cheryl) and Hunter Lewis Miller; and his grandson-in-law John Retter.
