He was predeceased by: his former wife Mary A. Adams (McGrath); his parents, Lester Guy Adams and Anna J. Adams (Keigher); his sister Patricia Shinavar (Adams); his brother-in-law Elsworth Shinavar; his nephew Robert Shinavar; his niece Joan Shinavar; and his stepsons, Russell, Jr. and Victor Fritz.
He is survived by: his wife Yvette; his children, Kathleen Cableck (Robert), Melissa of James, J. D., Kettering of Ohio, Maureen Dundon (Thomas II) and Dr. Sheila Cummings (Ian); his grandchildren, Thomas, Sean, Nicole Dundon, Nicholas and Cheyanne Cummings; his stepchildren, Cynthia Struckman (Alan), Daniel, Timothy Fritz (Margo) and Douglas Fritz (Sharon); and his stepdaughter-in-law Diane Fritz.
