He is survived by: his wife Nancy Towse Carter; his children, Robin Carter, Daniel (Mikki) and Craig Carter; his grandchildren, Shannon, Angela Wymer and Samuel Carter; and his close friends, Jerry, Ann Edwards, Bob, Shirley Douglas, Harriet and Ivan Brennaman.
