We are sad to announce that on February 28, 2021, at the age of 64, Joe Mark Rosen of Centerville, Ohio, born in Glen Dale, West Virginia passed away. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Rosen and Grace Garrison Rosen; and his brothers, Paul and Frank Rosen. He is survived by: his sister Ilene Dillon (Charley Mac) of Jerusalem, Ohio; his sister-in-law Helen Parnell (Paul) of St. Clairsville; and his nieces and nephews, Craig Rosen, Erin Kramer (Richard), Michael Rosen (Emily), Amber Brunck (Luke), Nathan Carleton (Ciera), Zachary Carleton (Jeanie McCutcheon), Erin Diosi (Drew) and Dustin Dillon (Amber). He is also survived by 20 Great nieces and nephews; many cousins and friends.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the family asks that all wear facial coverings, social distance, and refrain from hugging.
