She is survived by: her husband Tom; her daughter Kimberly Tamaska; her grandchildren, Terry Tamaska (Lauren), Kristy Betts (Josh), Brent Ullery (Sahar), Sean Ullery and Thomas Tamaska; her great grandchildren, Kane, Kamden, Kenley Betts, Hayden, Hadley Tamaska, Beckett, Scarlett and Jarrett Ullery; and her sister Patricia Owens (George).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Humane Society or to Hospice of Dayton.
