She is survived by: her children, Rick Chappell Jr. (Jacqueline) of Sherrodsville, OH, Kenneth Dean Chappell (Helene) of Swan Lake and Donna Sue Downing (Kevin) of Wayland; her grandchildren, Kenny Chappell (Emily) of Virginia, Daniel Chappell (Jacqui) of Wyoming, Kayla Chappell of Mount Vernon, OH, Craig Chappell (Cara) of Dover, OH, Chris Chappell (Katie) of Sherrodsville and Kimberly Brown (David) of Carrollton; and her great grandchildren, Emma of Carrollton, Jordan of Carrollton, Case Brown of Carrollton, Isabella of Sherrodsville, Hannah of Sherrodsville and Lucy Chappell of Sherrodsville.
