He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Suhr and Mary Suhr (McGrath). He is survived by: his wife Elsie; his children, James (Rebecca) and Kathlene West (Phil); his grandchildren, Stephanie Larson (Mikel), Alan, James Suhr, Emily, Jonathan, Jessica and Thomas West; and his siblings, Mary Oktar (late Kayhan) and Terrence Suhr (Martha). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
