He is survived by: his children, Michelle Murphy (Michael) of Troy, OH, Mark Malavazos (Jennifer) of London, OH and Jackie Draheim; his granddaughter Hunter Murphy; his niece Cherylle Malavazos of Palm Desert, CA; and his close friend Melinda Brown. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
