With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Lee Kollister of Centerville, Ohio, who passed away on August 31, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Michael and Mary Kollister (Mulligan); his son Michael Joseph Kollister; and his stepfather William Hamilton Oldfield. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Kollister (Huggins) of Centerville; his son Matthew (Heather Kollister) of Franklin; his granddaughter Laurel Kollister; and his daughter-in-law Mary V. Kollister of Abita Springs, LA. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
