He was predeceased by: his father Charles Culbertson; and his siblings, Evelyn McFarland (Mac) and Charles Raymond Culbertson. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his sons, Jeffery A. Culbertson (Sherrie) and Gary E. Culbertson (Karen); his grandchildren, Brenton, Matthew, Kristen and Jacob; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Ramsey, Ruth Culbertson, Grace Sininger and Dorthy Sininger. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
