He is survived by: his children, Thomas (Catherine) of Union, KY, Mark (Diane) of Centerville, OH, Dennis (Nancy) of Chagrin Falls, OH and Patricia Horning of Dayton, OH; his grandchildren, Laura Craig, John Schramm (Robyn Pruitt), Jason Schramm (Leah), Craig Ballard (Kristen), Aaron Schramm, Paul Schramm (Amanda), Lindsey McIntyre (Dallas), Jennifer Horning and Lisa Horning (Ken Fegel); and his great grandchildren, Drew, Noah Craig, Thomas J. Schramm, Olivia, Sophia, Lailah, Kaylah Schramm, Kylie Reynolds, Timothy, Emma, Clare Schramm, Finely, Ezra McIntyre and Collin Fegel.
