He was predeceased by: his wife Ethel Ruth Smith (Richard); and his parents, Lloyd W. Smith Sr. and Helen M. Smith (Tesmer). He is survived by: his siblings, Lloyd Smith Jr. (Lizz) of Monroe, Terry Smith (Sue) of Campbellsville, Tom Smith (Sharon) of Paulding, Ted Smith of Cody, Wyoming, Sharon Kirk of Centerville and Lisa Carter of Centerville.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (200 Woodlawn Ave, Norwalk, OH 44857).
