He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Mayleben and Francis Wibbels Mayleben; and his sister Judith Mayleben Dwyer of Cincinnati. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Heinz Mayleben; his daughter Victoria Mayleben Duricky (Jeff); his grandsons, Tyler and Cole Duricky of Mentor, Ohio.; his nephews, Timothy and Andrew Dwyer; and his siblings-in-law, Annemarie Heinz-Cartus, Edmund Heinz and Gerta Schmitz Heinz. He is also survived by "Opa" and his grandsons.
