It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ellen Otto of Centerville, Ohio, who passed away on March 25, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Forest Phillips and Flora Agnes Piper Phillips; her husband Richard D. Otto; her son Bradley D. Otto; and her siblings, Roger Phillips, Dorothy Mayhugh Ragase and Ruth Winzenreid.
She is survived by: her sons, Stan Otto (Peggy Heslop) of Centerville and Dennis Otto (Carolyn) of Pennville, Indiana; her siblings, Pauline Mahaffey of Cambridge and Wayne Phillips of Jacobsburg; and her grandchildren, David, Stacy, Darek, Denise, Denny and Lance. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren; 13 nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, facial coverings and social distancing will be required.
