She was predeceased by: her daughter Kaylyn Lynn Combs; her sister Stephanie Shook-Zunk; her grandparents, Jeanette Louise, Edward George Lebowsky, Mary Joan "Jo" and Paul Louis Shook; her great-grandparents, Mary Arrena, Lawrence Ross Barrett, Theresa and Edward Henry Lebowsky; her godmother Patricia; and also David L. Wheeler.
She is survived by: her significant other Timothy Brian Combs; her child Aubrey Ann Combs; her parents, Timothy Combs, Sr. and Cathy Combs; and also, Jodi Combs, Ashley Muir, Matthew, Neveah, Jordan and Kamiah Combs. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
