The passing of Elaine Carey of Centerville, Ohio, born in Bellefontaine, Ohio leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on June 11, 2024 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by : her parents, Allen Carey and Eileen Mason Carey; her brothers, Michael, Patrick and Timothy Carey; her nephews, Christopher Carey and Matthew Carey; and her close friend Jack D. Meier.

She is survived by : her nieces, Regan Thompson (Clayton), Debbie Gill, Diana Pope (Parris) and Becki Sowers (Barry); her nephew John Carey (Kassaundra); her sisters-in-law, Judy Carey and Sharon Carey; and her close friend Connie Carey.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Leonard Chapel (8100 Clyo Rd, Centerville, OH 45459). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, June 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
