She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sprauer and Mary Margaret Sprauer (Helmig); her husband Charles R. Houser Jr.; and her sons, Charles R. Houser III and Mark Houser.

She is survived by: her children, Judy Servis (Bob), Sheila Adams, Michael Houser (Terri Black), Paul Houser (Patti) and Matthew Houser (Karen); and her daughter-in-law Debbie Houser. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
