He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Lewis (Geoff) of Xenia; his grandchildren, Alyssa and Jordyn; his great grandchild Ryder; his sister Marylou Largent (Gary); and his wife Linda Charles. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
